Important Dates

  • Deadline for Abstract Submission: May 31, 2021

Abstracts Submission Information

  • Abstracts can only be submitted online via the website submission system.
  • All authors who are responsible for presenting should register before the abstract submission.
  • Abstracts should be submitted in English and no more than 1,200 letters.
    ( ※ Young Scientist Lecture session: 2,400 letters.)
  • Abstract submission system is not allowed to have any table and picture.
  • After submitting abstract, please note that you can not withdraw abstract and cancel registration (or pre-registration).

Abstracts Submission Guideline

  • Access to 2021 Annual Meeting website and click the abstract submission menu.
  • Abstracts include authors, affiliations and title Without keyword, reference, and acknowledgements.
  • Fill out the following abstract details.
    • Abstract Info: Select an appropriate session for your presentation.
    • Title: The first letter of the title will be capitalized.
    • Authors: The name of the presenting author will be automatically marked with an asterisk (*).
    • Affiliation: If the affiliations of the authors are different, authors different from the presenting author should be marked with superscript numeral designation.
    • Body: The abstract text should not exceed 1,200 letters. If you need to use bold face, italics, subscripts and superscripts, please find the function in the buttons.
  • We recommend authors prepare abstract with Microsoft (MS) words program and copy the text to the on-line submission system because the submission system is stable on Microsoft (MS) words.

Modification of submitted abstract(s)

  • Modification is not available to abstract which has been submitted until May 31th, 2021.
  • Please note that no corrections are possible after the submission deadline.

Poster PDF file Submission Guideline

  • The poster PDF files must be uploaded by June 21st to July 4th, and the final confirmation by the author(s) should be followed by July 6th.
  • Poster PDF files must be uploaded to be considered for Poster Awards.

Copyright Notice

  • Uploaded posters cannot be downloaded and is only allowed to be accessed during the 2021 KoSFoST International Symposium and Annual Meeting. After the symposium, all the posters will be discarded permanently.
  • Posted or published works (photos, texts, drawings, videos, etc.) for 2021 KoSFoST International Symposium and Annual Meeting can only be available on the website of the Symposium. Sharing or posting the works on other spaces (virtual or real), or storing the works into your own storage devices including cloud storage may violate the copyright law.
