Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (kosfost3@kosfost.or.kr).
Download the cancellation form.
- All refunds will be processed after the meeting for administrative reasons, and all processing fees will be deducted from the reimbursement.
- The registration payment will be refunded if cancellation is made by May 24, 2021. After this date, no refund can be made.
